Annette kick-started C3 Consulting in 2006 as an independent China expert - and in a few years turned the company into a recognized supplier of a wide range of intercultural training courses. Annette currently divides her time between the roles of day-to-day manager and intercultural trainer. She develops C3's training concept and trains the growing group of trainers and country specialists in the concept. And she facilitates global mindset workshops, develops global leaders and teams, trains in Danish and Chinese culture, coaches top managers, is a keynote speaker and facilitator at conferences and strategy days and prepares employees and families to be deployed.
