For the past 5 years, I have worked professionally with partnerships and consortia in DONG Energy, with responsibility for drafting and implementing commercial partnerships as an essential element of the business strategy. I have established more than 30 commercial partnerships with local and global players. I have worked in and have established international consortia for the implementation of tasks within new technologies, architecture and optimal energy use. Together with partners, I have created positive results in Danish, European, North American and Brazilian companies, primarily in development and demonstration projects. 2010-2012 Head of Partnerships in DONG Energy in the business unit Power New Bio Solutions (General Manager, Global Alliances). 2007-2010 Business developer in DONG Energy's Innovation Center, new technologies and business models (Sr. Business Developer). My educational background is, in addition to a master's degree in economics from Aarhus University in 1989, a master's degree in conflict resolution from the University of Copenhagen from 2004 (MMCR) and a mini MBA in innovation management from DTU in 2008 (CEL TM).
