Lotte Lüscher is an occupational psychologist and PhD in management. She is the owner of the company Clavis Business Psychology. Since 1993, Lotte has worked as a business consultant for private and public companies, particularly with a focus on strategic and organizational change processes. Lotte is also employed as an external lecturer at the Business School in Aarhus and at the Department of Psychology in Aarhus. She is an authorized psychologist in the Danish Psychological Association and has post-graduate training, i.a. within systems theory (Dispuk) and group dynamics (Tavistock Institute of Human Relations, London). Lotte is also the author of the book "Leadership through the Paradox" and a number of articles on leadership
