Founder and owner of Oplyst lederskab Thobias Laustsen has worked as a management and organizational consultant, coach and teacher since 2003. Thobias works with organizational and management development within many different industries and types of companies. Thobias works with a holistic, systemic and phenomenological approach to organizations and teams - and he often uses a link between an analytical and factual approach, seasoned with a good intuitive nose, in order to help customers in the best way.
