Thomas has advised business leaders in large companies and organizations such as IKEA, the United Nations, Novo Nordisk A/S, the Republic of Fritz Hansen, Deloitte, the Ministry of Finance, the Financial Association (Norway), the Danish Environmental Protection Agency, etc. Thomas holds lectures and experimental workshops on the management of the future and new business models throughout Europe and also sits on the board of a number of consulting companies.
