The Enneagram
Do you know how to handle pressure? One way to learn about this is to get to know your talents. It can, for example, be strengths, empathy or focus. Because when we are under pressure, we overuse our talents and strength turns into weakness, empathy turns into self-forgetfulness and focus turns into a withdrawal from others.
In these three videos, Flemming Christensen from THINK ABOUT IT explains how the Enneagram can give you insight into your talents and why this knowledge makes you better at communicating, developing trust and reducing conflicts.
