Organizational psychological stress management
The employer is part of the solution
In Denmark, we have a tradition of calling in sick people under stress and only allowing them to return to the labor market when they are completely healthy. This can be a lengthy process that does not always have a happy ending.
Henrik Rosenstjerne has therefore developed a method that he calls organizational psychological stress management. Among other things. the involvement of the employer in the problem-solving means that the more than 350 stress-affected people who have gone through the process are back in work.
In his more than 26 years as a psychologist, Henrik Rosenstjerne has worked in the public sector, as a researcher and has been self-employed.
