In Denmark we have a tradition of sending stressed people home sick and not letting them return on the job before they are completely well. This can be a lenghty process, not allways wtih a happy ending.
This is why Henrik Rosenstjerne has developed a method he calls organizational psycological stress managing. By involving the employer in the issue, all 350 stressed employees, who've been through the process, has returned to work.
Henrik Rosenstjerne has, through more than 26 years of practise, worked in the public sector, as re scientist and been selv-employed.
