This is how your brain deals with change
From a psychological point of view, which buttons do you press to help change along? These are Helen Ericsen's, who holds a Master's degree in Psychology, three answers:
- Verbalize the basic asumptions that are working against change.
- Remenber the well-being of your employees. Despite crisis, this is still an area you have to invest in. It motivates them and increases performance.
- Use your entire brain and do something new. This releases, after 8 repeats, reward hormones, which creates happy and motivated employees.
