This is how your brain deals with change

From a psychological point of view, which buttons do you press to help change along? These are Helen Ericsen's, who holds a Master's degree in Psychology, three answers:

  1. Verbalize the basic asumptions that are working against change.
  2. Remenber the well-being of your employees. Despite crisis, this is still an area you have to invest in. It motivates them and increases performance.
  3. Use your entire brain and do something new. This releases, after 8 repeats, reward hormones, which creates happy and motivated employees.
