Template for time accounting

Do you have a hard time making the time go by? Is it difficult to comply with agreements and own plans? And are you in doubt as to what is going wrong? So try for a period of time to record what you spend your time on.

To find out where it's going wrong, you need to know what you're spending your time on. Commit for a period of time (eg a week or a few representative days) to record what you plan to spend your time on and what you actually spend it on.

Record things such as: effective working time, telephone conversations, interruptions, preparation, urgent tasks etc.

With the registration you can find out:

  • If you reach the planned.
  • How big the agreement or discrepancy is between what was planned and what you actually spent the time on.
  • How much time you actually spend on unplanned tasks.
  • How much time you should set aside for unplanned tasks and thus make a time-realistic plan with time for the unplanned.
