Finn is a chemical engineer from DTU and has subsequently taken a PhD in biotechnology and an MBA in innovation. He has been associated with Novozymes for a number of years, where he has held a wide range of functions, first as a researcher and then as a department manager. Finn received his PhD degree from Queens University in Canada and was a Post-doc in New Zealand. Finn has also been seconded to Novozymes in Japan. In Novozymes, Finn eventually created his own job and most recently served as Innovation Anchor before he decided in 2000 to become 100 per cent. self-employed in altforkreativ A/S.
