Jesper Koch

Jesper Koch is a former professional soldier and in 1992 was deployed to Bosnia-Herzegovina under the United Nations Protection Forces (UNPROFOR). After 6 years of active service in the army, he chose to study psychology at Aarhus University, from which he was examined with a master's degree in psychology. in 2003. The motivation behind this unconventional change of track was a curiosity and a passion to understand why some leaders are good leaders while others are exceptional change leaders.
