Julie Kjær-Madsen is an independent consultant and has a design background and a Master Practitioner in Innovation and business development. She has 13 years of experience in consultancy within innovation, facilitation, development of innovation processes, competence development and development of innovation behavior and practice in organisations. She works in many different industries, at home and abroad and in everything from large global organizations to start-ups. As an advisor and teacher, Julie is committed and very practically oriented. She works visually and adapts tools and methods to the individual company.
