Strategy and Business Model Architect – PinPointers Michael N. Wilkens is one of the world's leading experts in business model development – Business Model Innovation. He owns and runs the consulting company PinPointers. Michael N. Wilkens is co-author of the book The Business Model Generation and today also works together with the book's main author Alexander Osterwalder as a Business Model Architect in the internationally recognized consultancy firm Strategyzer. Michael N. Wilkens facilitates strategy and innovation processes for the largest companies in Europe and the USA, but has a particular passion for start-ups and medium-sized companies in Denmark. In addition to the professionalism that lies in having facilitated more than 150 strategy and innovation processes, Michael N. Wilkens has a strong background in digitization, sales and management and a deep insight into the English, American and German markets, where he has lived and the work. Michael is an experienced board chairman and has been a member of boards in growth companies for the last 10 years.
