Illustrated with a case, Peter Harbo Clausen shows how to approach change management so that all participants reach the finish line happy. Along the way, it is about ensuring that the participants are prepared, that the level of ambition is aligned with the organization, that fertile ground is created for the changes, that the right approach is chosen, that the organization is prepared for the change and finally, it is important how the change is integrated in the organization.

Peter is a project and change manager. Focus areas are design and implementation of effective project set-up, benefits realization and change management. Since 2007, Peter has taught Prosci's method and tools within change management.
