"The THRILL factor" is a registered trademark that covers a method for strengthening management, relationships, teams and results in companies and organisations. THRILL has been in constant development since Meng & Company was established in 1990 and has roots that stretch back even further.
THRILL was created on the basis of a constant wonder about what factors come into play when a team achieves great success, e.g. in a development process, while another comparable team simply folds and otherwise continues its work as if nothing had happened already after a relatively short time.
Analyzes and conversations with teams in a multitude of company and organization types both nationally and internationally have derived the success mechanisms, and there are several factors that create and strengthen success.
