Should/Do

The aim is to exchange experiences, share knowledge and generate ideas together. The exercise can be used both in the team and in the entire staff group. Experiences with everyday professionalism, routines and habits are quickly criticized. The exercise creates dialogue about the current situation and creates images of wishes for the future.

Each individual participant uses approx. 10 minutes to write their own bid / proposal for the 4 sub-questions in the model.

In the next 50 min. The group creates a dialogue about each sub-question:

What bids are there for question 1? Are there any of the bids that can be summarized, qualified, or need to be elaborated on? Do the same for questions 2, 3, 4.

In the model, sales is given as an example of the area the company wants to investigate and articulate.
